Wise was formally the Christina School District superintendent before coming to Jacksonville in 2005. The Christina School District, which is located in Wilmington, is Delaware's largest.
He was the worse thing that ever happened to the Christina School District (Newark, DE). The district still hasn't recovered from his power plays, tactics and ego minded decisions. He brought on board his merry followers, created positions with huge salaries and made life miserable for the entire district. History has a way of repeating itself and Duval County is finding out first hand.........
